PVRE EVIL RECORDS will ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.
ALL orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS); we do not use any other carrier, even upon request. Please allow 10-13 business days for delivery.
Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders. IMPORTANT: If customer does not receive an order confirmation email, customer will not receive a shipment notification and tracking information.
PVRE EVIL RECORDS cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing PVRE EVIL RECORDS with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
For U.S. orders placed online, store pickup is NOT an option. PVRE EVIL RECORDS does not offer a will-call option at this time.
We do ship internationally. International Shipments may sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
PVRE EVIL RECORDS cannot add or remove any item to an order that has already been placed. Once the order is placed no changes will be made to any aspect of the order (i.e., size; style; color; ect.).
Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and still in its original condition, can be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item sold by THE IRON SON within 30 days of delivery. All return and exchange requests must be sent via email to [email protected] and a copy of this email included with your returned item - NO EXCEPTIONS. Return postage will only be paid by THE IRON SON on returns or exchanges which are the result of THE IRON SON's improper completion of the order and / or item defect. THE IRON SON reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet these requirements.
Items sold as "PRE-ORDER" and/or "LIMITED EDITION" are not eligible for return, refund, and/or exchange. These items are sold as-is and are final sale items.
